We are looking for experienced, hands-on Project Manager Analyst to join our PMO team within the customer care department. You will be defining projects from definition to closure, and defining the best processes when applicable.We hire empathetic people who understand what we are trying to achieve: Make business travelers happy!

What You Will Do

  • Find new project opportunities based on a good understanding of the department needs
  • Define the scope of the project together with the PMO team
  • Participate in meetings with the stakeholders involved to ensure all the requirements and needs are met
  • Project planning and follow-up to ensure success
  • Analysing project data and producing insights to optimize performances
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Find workarounds and prioritize when things are tough
  • Motivate the team involved in the project to get the work done as expected
  • Communicate and align all stakeholders involved at any time
  • Manage simultaneously occurring tasks and shifting priorities
What You Need
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Organization and planning skills to manage tasks effectively and complete projects as expected
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as a strong technical and analytical aptitude, are required
  • Hands-on and problem-solving mentality
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies
  • Advanced ability using MS Office, particularly using Excel (pivot tables, charts..)
  • Ability to build reports, conduct and communicate analysis findings, insights, and recommendations

Flexible Work Policy
  • You will need to be based in Barcelona
  • We will require you to travel to the office hub in your country once or twice per week depending on your position
  • In addition, every quarter you will be required to travel to an office hub location for up to 5 days to meet with your whole team
  • We have flexible working hours to fit around your life, but they generally are from Monday to Fridays, from 09.00AM to 6.00pm
  • Team members that want to go to the office more are welcome to!
