Opportunity Description
The Data Product Line Owner (PLO), Corporate analytics & insights, is a senior leader in the Business Data & Analytics organization and is accountable for overall digital product strategy, oversight and delivery for the Corporate analytics & insights Product Line delivering business value to corporate and business stakeholders.
“A&P Allocation” is a critical data product developed to accelerate CHC performance ahead of the market by transforming data into insights and converts insights into action.
Enables leadership team to understand which marketing or other activity influences sales over time, which markets have the strongest influences, and which markets have the best return on investment.
Enables:
- CLT member & country leaders - Better steer & monitor their business, and understand key drivers of performance
- Global finance and region heads - Make better budget allocation decisions across markets, Drive global improvement of A&P RIO
- Country GM, CFO & LT - Better allocate marketing and sales across brands to meet targets
- Brand teams - Optimize allocation cross-touch points, and monitor impact of campaigns
The A&P allocation product offers 3 connected uses cases to better understand and plan the marketing budget allocation:
- Tactical in-market allocation: Helps country leadership teams improve dynamic allocation in their market across brand and touchpoints, and used in Marketing planning
- Strategic cross-market allocation: Helps CHC LT improve allocation across categories and markets, and used in Budget process
- Market Analytics: Helps CHC teams view the dynamics of their business.
The Data PLO will be responsible for end-to-end product management of the “A&P allocation” product line including alignment of the product technical architecture with the enterprise data & digital strategy, strong partnership with CHC leadership and business stakeholders, and continuous delivery of business value.
Working closely with Data and Digital Business leaders, the role drives the overall awareness, prioritization, and orchestration of resources (budget and manpower) to deliver data solutions on prioritized assets identified and agreed to at the Digital/Data Towers.
Digital Business Impact: The role will spearhead in the development of business approach to identify, measure, and monitor the business impact of each or across multiple digital solutions. This requires close partnership with Market, Finance, Media, Trade & Product teams across corporate/business areas and digital organization to create awareness and consistency in the way we measure and report out on the business impact.
A critical aspect of this role is presentation of data products milestones at the Digital Towers to the Executive Teams in the Corporate/Business area and the CDO.

Education / languages
Work Experience
- Master’s level or superior
- Fluent English spoken and written compulsory, Fluent French appreciated.
- 8 - 10 years in consulting or large corporation

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for setting strategy, leading, and managing the data product portfolio with a goal to scale to a global distribution
- Be the internal voice of the customer for the data solutions and works with customers to constantly understand and communicate their needs and participate in the validation of the proposed solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Consumer Experience teams to define ecosystem and design deliverables
- Collaborate with design, engineering, Businesses, strategy, operations to understand the feasibility and subsequent deliverability of new products or product enhancements
- Define, create, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data, user research and competitive analysis
- Continuously develops and communicates the vision to the development teams and defines the features of the system,
- Is largely responsible for release definition, deciding when enough value has been accrued to warrant a release to the customer.
- Participates to program increment objectives approval and business value achievement measurement,
- Builds and manage cross functional team/scrum team, including quality/legal/RA
- Define KPI and value proposition and act according to impacts (Continue, Adjust, or stop)
- Ensures that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
