On behalf of Lottoland, Ciklum is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Málaga team on full-time basis.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to analyse the company and customer needs and define a product strategy for the CMS (Content Management Domain) to meet those needs.
You will clearly communicate the vision and strategy to your teams and across the business.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will contribute to the company’s overall strategy, as well as generating high level product requirements.
The CMS Domain is a relatively new domain at Lottoland. The initial goal is to fully realise the value of our newly integrated CMS platform; to improve performance, drive business outcomes and ultimately improve the customer experience. You will deliver great impact by creating a strong vision and strategy for the ways that we serve content across the web, to positively impact our customers all over the world.
You’re the voice for many different business areas and people. You take in lots of information, quickly make sense of it, deeply understand our company strategy, and justify that what we build is aligned and delivering value plus solving the right problems at the right time! You can effortlessly convey key messages verbally, and your written communication makes it easy for anyone to understand the ‘what’ and ‘why’ and ‘how’.
Your focus is more high-level and strategic and your key relationship with your Product Owner/s is key to ensure this is translated into ‘the how’ with the team and becomes a reality. You have a technical understanding, but more importantly you can understand the bigger picture and connect different areas of the business and prioritise what matters.

Responsibilities
  • Create and communicate a strong domain vision and product strategy
  • Become a subject matter expert in your domain through analysis of market, customers, competitors, and all available data/insights both internal and external
  • Ensure a strong data-driven approach to prioritisation, actively bringing key insights e.g., user testing, AB tests, key business metrics etc
  • Seek to understand key business areas; collaborate and create strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Actively find problems/ opportunities to achieve our objectives and key results
  • Collect high-level requirements, ensuring problems are well defined and understood
  • Validate and support the prioritisation of strategic initiative with business cases
  • Work closely with UX, architect and teams on solution design
  • Coach and mentor on product skills and core values/behaviours; strongly leading by example
  • Lead process improvements in collaboration with others
  • Support direct reports with guidance and training for role success
  • Expertly balance delivering the right thing at the right time, managing competing priorities and maximising value
  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate potential blockers/delays
  • Ensure and measure the success of your product and product portfolio through insights and voice of customer
  • Create and present roadmaps and plans as needed to achieve company objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with third party service providers
  • Help lead high profile and complex initiatives across several areas

  • Commercial success of the domain and product portfolio, achieving objectives & key results
  • Presents a clear strategy, vision, and domain landscape
  • Prioritised roadmap for maximum value (aligned to company strategy and includes key areas)
  • Demonstrated and documented market, competitor, and customer understanding
  • Stakeholder map and communication strategy created and actioned to ensure transparency, collaboration, and strong working relationships
  • Feedback requirements & business cases are easily understood + demonstrate value
  • Defined and set metrics in place to measure success
  • Analysis of success performed, and actionable insights identified for all major work items
  • Demonstrated strong leadership in the Product team providing guidance and support
  • Progress plans are in place for all direct reports and engagement
  • Strong communication, collaboration, working relationships, and positive example of company values, measured by 360 feedback
  • Company values are reflected in every aspect of your role
Requirements

This role requires a senior generalist with most or all the following:

  • 5 years + Product Manager experience (working with development teams)
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written (English)
  • Strong Commercial understanding and knowledge of key business metrics
  • Strong customer focus
  • Demonstrated experience developing strategy and executing digital product roadmaps
  • Experience gathering and analysing requirements and planning
  • Agile understanding and way of working
  • A flexible, can-do, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Action-oriented, proactive, and trusted to deliver
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Focused on continual delivery and not delayed perfection
  • Ability to leverage data and insights + understand and represent the customer
Desirable
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Background in improving customer experience
  • Experience with AB testing, innovation, and experiments
  • Product Owner/Management Training e. g. Pragmatic, CSPO
  • Technical understanding and/or background
  • Gaming Sector experience
  • Scrum/ agile experience
  • Worked with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
