The internal Value chain for digital solutions team is acting as a linking pin across the organization to support lifecycle teams and affiliates in the commercialization of digital solutions. The goal is to deliver integrated, efficient, compliant, and tax optimized operational processes & services for all digital solutions across Roche Diagnostics.
Key responsibilities
Support the Network Lead Affiliate Engagement in preparing training documents, planning the deployments to approx. 60 countries, preparing the technical deployments and supporting the countries in their go-live activities.
Share lessons learned with the project team and continuously improve deployment processes.
Support project management / deployment management by tracking cut-over activity plans.
Who you are
Recent graduate in business, economy, informatics, statistics, or a similar field, preferably with practical work experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledgeable on project management and creation of deliverables in Microsoft Office / Google suite (e.g. Powerpoint/Google Slides, Word/Google Documents, Excel/Google Sheets)
Knowledgeable on innovation, customer-centric and agile methodologies
Experienced in communication with international customers and partners.
Engaged team player, proactive, self-driven, customer-focused and outcome driven
Able to effectively deal with changing priorities and deal with ambiguity
Plus: Experience working in a diagnostics / life sciences environment
Plus: Experience with Software as a Service (SAAS) business models and knowledge of SaaS financial infrastructure
