As a result of the substantial growth of the business over the past few years, we are lookingfor a Head of Barcelona Business Development.



Responsibilities

AsHead of Barcelona Business Development, you will be:


  • Managing a highly talented and growing business development teamwhile collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization.


  • Prioritizing,coordinatingand managing multiple strategic and business initiatives concurrently.


  • Identify and meet with key JLL stakeholders to explain/review Tetris services and value to clients. (e.g., TREP, CS, IFM, Markets, Workplace Consulting, Flex teammates)


  • Represent tétris at client and industry events in Barcelona


  • Partnering across the organization to ensure our partnerships are successful.


  • Ensure regular use and dissemination of marketing/social media/entertainment activities, as appropriate


  • Actively communicate and exchange information with other JLL skill lines/groups in order to optimise your market/client approach, and team-up to develop cross-selling opportunities. Use analytic tools to highlight opportunities (Tetris Data Analyst, as appropriate)

  • Attend relevant industry conferences and network regularly


  • Monitor competition, conduct market analyses, and devise strategies for generating new customer acquisition


  • Commit to use of all sales tools daily to track and monitor 'sales funnel' growth, own individual revenue forecasts


  • Develop and evolve high quality presentations and pitch responses using bid support resources

  • Business acumen: good understanding of organisations, effective prospecting, opportunistic when needed, know how to reach decision-makers, get commitment and drive decisions to positive conclusion; master information about prospect's business cycle and motives (developing, outsourcing etc.) and prospects target budgets


  • Detail conscious but capable of elevating into strategy discussions


  • Experience of using sales-related databases like Salesforce


  • Proactive, accurate and highly reliable



Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree preferably in sales/business development or real estate/fit out/project management work


  • 10 years proven Business Development management experience together with a good record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment


  • History of self-made Business Development achievements; pursuit of aggressive profitable sales growth


  • Proven commercial business analysis experience
