Candidate Profile

Reporting to the CEO of the Company, the Head of Sales has full responsibility and accountability on the sales of the company in both public and private markets. He/She is responsible for establishing the sales strategy to meet the Company objectives. Agrees sales strategy with CEO and develops sales plans based on Company strategy and goals that will promote growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements annual sales plan in support of Company’ strategy and objectives, being in charge of the sales strategy, based on market research, internal capacities, products and competitors’ analysis.
  • Reviews demand generation activities carried out by the Marketing Department and monitors the evolution of the pipeline.
  • Participates in product roadmap and delivery strategies to ensure alignment with go to market strategies.
  • Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Together with Pre-sales and CEO, assess risks associated with projects to determine if their feasibility.
  • Coordinates with Finance department Commissions Plans and Bookings policies.
  • Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the CEO, CFO and the Marketing department.
  • Cooperates with Presales to build up the best approach in proposals following sales and company strategy.
  • Builds, develops, and manages sales teams, coordinating the General Managers of the different regions of the Company, supervising the achievement of their sales quota, ensuring consistency with sales plan (product and solutions) and ensuring an updated sales forecast in each region, following up policies, processes and tools of the Company.
  • Supervises and maintains direct relationship with strategic accounts.
  • Performs other related duties including but not limited to reporting periodically KPIs on evolution of pipeline, sales forecast, sales budget compliance, while supervising sales operations and demand generation activities to this regard.  
  • Attending periodical meetings with other senior members of the organization.
  • Recruitment and selection for the sales department.
  • Attending industry events and act as a spokesperson for the Company at soles events and conferences, and as assigned.

Requirements

  • Graduate in International Business Administration or Software Engineering, or any other related.
  • Proven experience in sales in IT Industry
  • Proven experience in running a multi-location sales team.
  • Proven experience of revenue and margin generation in the tech/IT sector.
  • Proficiency in English, French and, preferably, fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience with sales, customer service and negotiation.
  • Problem solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge of computer security concepts
  • Computer literacy
  • CRM software familiarity Expertise in the following technologies: web-based applications,
  • cryptography (PKI, digital signature...), digital security
  • Advanced user experience in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point, Word and Excel
