Operational Excellence- Sales Excellence Expert

Join our Hamburg (Germany) /Zamudio (Spain) based teams in Operational Excellence- Leads to Contracts (L2C) as Sales Excellence expert and become part of the journey to make SGRE the leading global Wind turbine & solution provider. In your role you will be part of the L2C team responsible for the governance of all Sales processes including Customer Relationship management (CRM) and Sales (SBA) processes as well as the CaPEX corporate focal point activities thereby making real what matters – green energy for generations to come.

Your activities related to Sales Processes will be:

  • Contribute to ensuring harmonization of all processes around lead management, offer management and customer relation management herein referred to as L2C (Leads to Contracts) across SGRE
  • Within the team, responsibility for continuous and regular update of SBA framework based on feedback received from BU representatives and other stakeholders
  • Together with Governance Owner, ensures that the L2C systems and tools landscape within the company is harmonized and aligned with both IT and Digital Venture Lab ( DVL)
  • Establish global guidance of L2C procedures to ensure alignment with other core processes
  • Ensures setup and engagement of BU process communities for best practice sharing
  • Central contact partner for L2C Documents & Processes upkeep within ARIS
  • Ensures harmonized tool landscape for C2C processes together with BU IT Business Partners and C2C process community
  • Participates in business capability clusters relevant to Sales tools
  • Together with expert community, define expert cluster roadmaps and prioritization of topics
  • Support BUs with improvement projects
  • Support the ongoing CRM driven implementation of Salesforce
  • Your activities related to Investment Management will be:

  • Support the corporate focal point activities related to CAPEX approvals
  • Perform analysis of all investment decision in relation to approved Sales business transactions
  • Provide governance including guidelines, templates, training for Capex approvals process
  • Together with the Finance function to provide the full Capex end to end process for the company
  • Prepare capex monitoring and support management requests for this topic

  • A Team player with a can-do attitude, open to feedback from peers and managers and willingness to learn and develop
  • University degree in management or business engineering
  • At least 5 years of professional working experience thereof ideally 2+ years in a Sales/CRM active role
  • Knowledge of the SGRE SBA process would be an advantage but not a must
  • You are structured and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills (strategic, quantitative and organizational / process assignments) taking a holistic end-to-end perspective
  • Proven track record in project management/sales, and the ability to communicate and interact with colleagues and collaborators in a large, complex and global organization
  • You have shown ability to implement and bring concepts to live in a fast moving and changing environment
  • You are committed to deadlines and show ownership on your assignments
  • You are a skilled user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Office 365, Power BI) and Salesforce
  • You have excellent English skills – orally as well as in writing – German, Spanish and Danish is an advantage
  • International work experience e.g., as part of an international project team or working abroad
  • Willingness to travel
