What you will be doing
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Tech and Product Recruiter to join our growing People Acquisition team. You will play a crucial role in our growth and success, by attracting and identifying the best talent for our open positions in our tech and product teams around the world. We currently have offices in 11 countries and your role will involve sourcing and guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring all candidates understand our culture and want to be a part of our journey and establishing Gelato as an amazing company to work for. The position is temporarily remote due to the Corona Virus situation. However, when regulations allow employees will be asked to report to locations in either Barcelona or Madrid.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly talented People Acquisition and HR team, as well as the wider organization as you engage with different stakeholders.
