Our Sales Compensation Engagement team is looking for new talents!

If you’re passionate about the sales environment, putting the customers first and want to have an impact on a wide range of topics – Join our team. Our team plays a critical role for the HP sales teams and you will make the difference.

What will your day consist of?

  • You will support an entire sales organization on sales compensation related topics
  • You will help drive the planning coordination and execution
  • You will interact with the sales leadership on plan effectiveness
  • You will listen carefully to the customer challenges and identify solutions on how to drive superior behavior & motivation
  • You will facilitate challenging solutions by involving other HP teams in working with the customer
  • You will lead and/or participate in business transformation projects across geographies
  • You will play a key role influencing our regional strategy, making your customer heard
  • You will be the key interface with HR, payroll & Finance organizations on sales compensation matters

Who are we looking for?

    • Proven analytical skills coupled with willingness to continuously learn 
    • Solid computer literacy, curious to work with various technical tools to gain efficiencies
    • Typically 2-4 years of experience, preferably in Sales Finance or Sales Operations
