Large Format Printing - Future Product Manager SW en Sant Cugat del Vallès

The Large Format Printing GBU is responsible for the business strategy, product portfolio and research and development for all HP Large Format Printing products at WW level, including HP DesignJet, HP PageWide XL, HP Latex and HP Stitch printers. HP leads this very dynamic market by bringing continuous innovation to our customers.

The Strategic Marketing team is the one setting the long term strategy and is responsible to define the future product roadmap.

As a product manager in the team, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Generate market insights and coordinate the collection of insights from target segments to be applied in solution design

• Apply insights into target segments to create differentiated value propositions/solutions globally

• Drive the definition of specific future HP Designjet printers or solutions for HP DesignJet printers through R&D and solutions teams. Translate value propositions into relevant solution components

• Regularly meet with customers or channel partners during the development process

• Develop or coordinate product management and marketing deliverables required for each product development checkpoint and for product introduction

Requirements

• College degree in Marketing/Business/Technical

• Highly knowledgeable of product/solution family and the business needs of some target customers (design studios, construction industry, public sector, utilities companies, graphic arts professionals)

• Experience in product management or product marketing fundamentals

• Demonstrated knowledge of general marketing function either through education or work experience

• Demonstrated business acumen and leadership skills

• Demonstrated communication, influencing,  innovation and creativity skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Desired knowledge of go-to-market motion for B2B products
