Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, , this role is responsible and accountable for the Supplies business for the region with specific focus as first layer for Indigo deal approvals, supplies cost control and efficiencies to maximize gross margin in the assigned EMEA Sub-Region, by helping customers and channel partners to manage their supplies inventory and improving constantly supplies lifespan. The role becomes the trusted advisor for EMEA Supplies Business Manager and country management on achieving supplies profitability targets in the assigned territories. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to less experience peers as well as Operations and Collections teams. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving growth objectives. Develops strategy for install base page growth in the assigned countries.

  • Responsible for Supplies P&L in the region, ensuring the right pricing is offered to the customer as well as monitoring & controlling temporal addendum outcome and timelines

  • Manages customers and channel partners regarding supplies inventory management & they adhere to their assigned budget avoiding over shipments to ensure the region achieves supplies ESC margin and CPI targets per platform, including AIR program, OMT targets, Supplies Returns, Take Back Programs, Consigned inventory, Black market, Credit limit reviews.

  • Leads projects to implement best practices with customers and channel partners and drives them towards higher supplies lifespan

  • Full ownership of Ink product management within the region, transferring knowledge to whole region organization as well as ensuring special inks value proposition is maximized

  • Works closely with District Managers to ensure Supplies are place well in the value proposition and with a best in class attach rate

  • Supplies NPI communication to all internal stakeholders (Sales, Services, etc.) and manage the rollover to the Installed Base.

KPIs:

  • Deliver on business & financial objectives set for the specific territory on Supplies Revenue, ESC Margin & Gross Margin

  • Customer supplies inventory level

  • Customer lifespan

  • % of Install Base Transformation on aged presses

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Academic degree - Industrial Engineering or Business Administration

  • 10 years of experience as PMO or project manager (using Lean/agile methodologies – would be considered an advantage)

  • Market understanding and knowledge of customer applications

  • Strong operational skills

  • Strong teamwork, personal interaction and communication skills

  • Good to have: Financial know-how

Other Requirements:

  • Fluent English, Italian and Spanish

  • Ability to analyze, model and interpret data
