If you are our Business Planning & Program Manager, you will leads strategic Customer Support/Business Insight organization (SBO-BIA) programs, interacts not only with all SBO-BIA teams, but also with multiple HP Customer Support organizations.
Responsibilities
Lead key Programs for our SBO-BIA organization
Coordinate key business projects and initiatives that impact our customers, our team and our future
Ensure the delivery and governance of all SBO-BIA teams are aligned with our culture and plan
Weekly/monthly monitoring/reporting of Issues and Opportunities
Lead the cadence of weekly/monthly/quarterly engagements with our teams and with our Exec.
Manage the governance of key processes within the SBO-BIA
Organize training programs both to enrich our team’s skills and to adjust to new challenges
Lead the SBO-BIA People programs of Recognition and rewards
Monthly budget/HC monitoring and management
Lead and support Special Programs as needed
Education Qualification and Skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
At least 6 years post-sales support experience with wide understanding of standard post-sales support processes
Previous people management experience will be a plus
Proven project management skills
Have a strong business acumen with solid communication skills at executive level
Ability to train/teach and demonstrate high knowledge of the subject
Results driven attitude, attention to detail and able to meet deadlines with services and products quality focus
Microsoft tools (xls, ppt, SharePoint) advanced designed capacities
Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
Experience in virtual team environment, Comfortable working with management located abroad
