Supply Chain & Operations Business Manager for EMEA Graphics Services (Indigo) en Sant Cugat del Vallès

Responsibilities:

• Leads work content of a group of supply chain specialists
• Manages the forward supply chain of spare parts from region to end customer and the reverse supply chain of returned parts to repair supplier
• Accountable for the Operational (Parts availability within SLA), Customer TCE & financial (Inventory & Logistics cost) targets for the region
• Escalation point of contact to the EMEA GSS management team. Extended staff member of EMEA Indigo service director
• Main focal point for Service supply chain related topics. Close interaction with Service, Business & Finance teams in the region.
• Leads complex projects & assessments to support business needs
• Represents HP managing 3Rd party service providers
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendation and provide insights to management
• Working schedule is from Monday to Friday

Education and Experience required:

• University degree
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in supply chain, services or business operations functions. Project and team management experience is a significant advantage
• Experience in more than one supply chain function

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent understanding of supply chain process (plan, source, make, deliver)
• Strong leadership skills including team building
• Models & methods for making key business decisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent internal & external relationship management skills
• Extensive knowledge & understanding  of how to analyze a business problem  
• Very strong project management skills, with capability to mange cross functional teams  

• Solid knowledge in inventory modeling & analysis
• Strong Indigo business acumen & technical knowledge is a significant advantage
