Faromatics, an innovative start-up working with cutting edge robotic technology for livestock industrial application, is looking for an intern who is a PHP/REACT Web Developer graduate with a passion for working with a team creating great robotic products. Our disruptive new technology can be applied to balance animal welfare with productivity through machine learning, pattern recognition and a combination of sensors to provide optimal decision support to users.
The intern candidate will be a talented developer who should have some experience in developing well-organised code and good user-interfaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the activities of the senior developers and Project manager with Quality Assurance.
The person must have a can-do attitude, a good eye for detail and work independently.
We will use the agile/scrum development methodology, supported by Jira, Teams and Github. Our technology stack will contain:
Experience with the components of the stack are highly valued. Candidates must be able to present examples of their past work. However, no previous job experience is required.
Communication skills are very important to us, since we are a small group. Candidates are expected to be able to use all modern channels of communication.
Fluency in Spanish or Catalan is a must with a good level of English.
