French HCP Consent Team Leader with a native/bilingual level of French to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office!
The primary focus of the role will be to be update HCP (“Healthcare professional”) information in a national government database. To do so, proper information will need to be gathered from each HCP and the information updated. Good communication skills are critical. Attention to detail is required to ensure the data is complete and correct.
What to expect:
Coordinate activities and resources of local team to ensure tasks are completed timely. Discussions and emails with HCPs to gather appropriate information Timely submissions of data to government entities, along with appropriate data validation procedures. Implement and follow procedures to monitor and control data collection flow, ensuring regular reports on project evolution and data delivery timelines Monitor key project metrics to drive internal and external client satisfaction. Effectively work and communicate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team. Apply critical thinking skills to foresee any potential difficulties and find solutions to avoid them. Native or bilingual level of French is required Very high level of English is required. Very good written and verbal communication skills (professional, pointed). Bachelor´s degree is required. Attentive to details and focused on quality output. Experience in team management, and team leadership. Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage. Strong PC literacy skills. Highly organized with experience in working accurately with tight deadlines and under pressure. Must have strong prioritization skills and the ability to work in a multitask environment.
