Mision & Vision: Lead E2E Product & Service Development , maximizing customer satisfaction and cost efficiency through end to end service evaluation and operations improvement plan

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Lead virtual team Developing  End to End Product & Services and Special Projects across the company:  MNCs, Corporate and Wholesale market
  • Understand Telco Services Operation flow from Presale, Sales, Ordering to Postsale Operations
  • Lead service feasibility (BSS&OSS) and associated development cost, Service Design, Development and Delivery to Operating Areas (MKT, Sales, Operations)
  • Manage, conduct and assure end-to-end Project delivery, according to the P&S roadmap.
  • Ensure the P&S roadmap on-time delivery managing relation with the stakeholders, addressing any priority changes
  • Manage the product/service development team (Technical responsible, Integration Manager…), being the final accountable person to execute the project scope in time, quality and budget.
  • Lead the Governance process during project development ensuring.
  • Ensure project deliverables are assumed by the receiving departments
  • Produce and guarantee availability of all necessary documentation and materials needed (technical document, service manual, commercial procedure, service operations manual, …)
  • Create regular updates on business performance for senior management
  • Also required:
  • Project management through standards (PMI, ITIL, eTOM), Quality  (Lean  Six Sigma, etc) and  AGILE methodologies
  • Ability to lead, participate and produce UAT/Testing plans.
  • Global IT Architecture/systems knowledge desired (Full Stack, SalesForce, IRB, DW, PANGEA, NSIM, INFOVISTA, BSM, Remedy, Tableau, ARAMIS, CTI- Navita).
  • KPIs and  SLO-SLA’s management

Challenges:

  • Plan, control and follow-up of  developments requested by internal/external  Clients as well as lifecycle management.
  • Team engagement with other colleagues in B2B Customer Service & Operations (Global Network & Platforms, IT, Global Architecture Transformation &Customer Experience) and Multinational Business Unit (Product Marketing, Presales/Sales…)
  • End to end  Quality management of the Service development Lyfecicle.

Technicall Skills: 

  • Service Knowledge
  • Connectivity & Security services: MPLS, SD-WAN, SDN/NFV,vFW, vRouter…
  • Mobile & Unified Comms services: Cisco Webex/Spark/HCS
  • Voice services: Corporate/International Voice Services (managedSIP…) 
  • Programming lenguages Knowledge such as:
    • C++, Visual Basic .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, J2EE, HTML, XML, Node, SQL, GitLab,
  • Framework and Methodolgogy:
    • Agile, SCRUM,  DEVOPs.
  • Knowledge in software deployment, release management, Software packaging & integration.

Lenguages:

  • Ingles Fluido (conversacional y escrito)
  • Español Nativo
