About you:
Provides support through the 3D Customer Onboarding process implementations to efficiently & effectively manage 3D Service activities identified as proactive interventions.
Manage projects , contained within the 3D Services Onboarding frame. Manage activities, resource capability ,schedules and identifies efficiencies to ensure completion.
Drives cross functional communications to facilitate completion on schedule. Work with 3D Services to identify and improve process and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages new project/ intervention activities involving multiple service functions (remote, Regional Onsite & Competency Center, Channel Mgm ) and teams (Customer assurance, Category, Services) to drive the customer & partner successful onboarding process and HP internal operational efficiencies
Develops and directs implementation of schedules, deliverables, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned project.
Communicates progress, escalations, improvement proposals and issue analysis to stakeholders;
Collaborates with internal 3D services functions and partners to recommend and implement changes to 3D Service onboarding experience , processes, or business practices
Tracking and reporting the Status of the proactive Service activities, for the 3 regions
Continuously tracking of the Services Activities in order to understand capability and resources utilizations.
Manage internal requests to provide a proactive action to the end customer working with maximum efficiency to reduce execution time and costs and in turn generate a good experience for the customer.
Use, Change or generate processes and train the operational teams (onboarding, L1- remote, L2 regional Onsite, L3- Regional Competency Center) to ensure the quality and efficiency of the service.
Requirements:
Engineering bachelor or master - to analyze, understand and communicate the technical project requirements.
Typically 0 - 2 years of experience.
Experience with using project and program planning tools to manage, and track project results (SmartSheet, MS office, Excel is a must).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of projects, including communicating with stakeholders and managing matrixed teams and resources.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
Reporting ability and effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results.
Services experience is a plus
