We are looking for a select number of Managers to join our expert project team in Barcelona, supporting our clients on interesting projects around the world. In 2021 we expect to grow significantly, seeing our revenues increase by 300%, and we need ambitious people to help us.

The role is great for people who enjoy learning, communicating, and building relationships and those who want to propel their career through hard work, early responsibilities, and teamwork. We are looking for people we want to work with, who bring something different to the company and will help drive us forward.

Today, Arbolus is the first platform that helps businesses build and work with networks of experts, advisors and freelance consultants. Our product has been a big hit with global consulting firms (e.g. the big four) and Fortune 500 companies who use third parties to inform their business strategy.

Based in London, we are a venture-backed scale-up with offices in Barcelona (our largest) and New York.

Role

Managers work with our clients to build relationships and scale our footprint within these businesses. Equally, Managers are responsible for direct management of a small team of Associates who work on expert projects for their clients.

Managers work with clients to help them get the most from the Arbolus platform. This includes helping them use our platform’s tools to source their own experts as well as engaging experts on their behalf. They also directly manage a team of Associates. The Manager position is a 50/50 business development and team management role.

The role involves:

  • Understanding what your users are trying to achieve
  • Networking with internal client stakeholders
  • Carrying out platform demos
  • Engaging the team and ensuring work quality
  • Motivating and inspiring members within the business

The role can be challenging, at times reasonably demanding but also very rewarding from a learning and financial perspective.
