Graduate Business Operations Strategist (E2E Solutions) en Sant Cugat del Vallès

To enable this vision, the Personalization and E2E Business Operations team will deliver customer centric Quote-to-Cash processes and tools that will enable our new business models to scale with a superior customer experience. The Business Operations team, in close collaboration with the Strategic Applications teams and Corporate functions, will lead the definition, implementation and ongoing management of the quote-to-Cash processes to enable short term success (MVP) and long term scalability of the new outcome based businesses.

About you: The role is key to define and operate infrastructure for the new Software and Book-as-a-Service business model, leveraging HP Business infrastructure where applicable; and creating ad-hoc processes & BI analytics. Contribute to design, development and support Biz Ops Processes & Tools, leveraging standards or adapting/creating new ad-hoc tools where required.

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with Business Operations Lead to support on new projects & processes:

• Assist on the Lead-to-Cash area for new Books as a Service deals.

• International and Go-to-Market expansion.

• Support on process definition, documentation & simplification.

Develop KPIs relevant for the business, customers and partners:

• Develop KPIs (e.g. NPS, trends…) transforming customer data into insights valuable for HP and brand/publisher.

• Demand related lead and lag metrics, including # orders, Funnel/pipeline health and network effect indicators.

• Supply related KPIs, along network capacity & utilization, Quality/Cost/Delivery metrics, as well as PSP/partner satisfaction.

Support by taking responsibility for the back-end processes and help building relevant data reports & Business Reports preparations.

Requirements:

• Recent Bachelor's graduate in Engineering or Business Administration degree.

• Willingness to develop on Process Engineering / Sales Operations

• Practical process management skills and excellent team player.

• Good communication, willing to develop on cross-functional coordination.

• Intrapreneurial spirit, willingness to work in new business creation environment.

• Customer mentality

• Problem solving skills.
