Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Building a Sales Plan with short-, mid- and long-term forecast.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Visiting strategic customers.
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Central contact person of the customer for technical and commercial questions including technical advice
  • Conducting negotiations, preparing offers according to technical, economic and time conditions as well as offer tracking in cooperation with internal departments (e.g. R&D)
  • Contract review/processing partly in coordination with specialist departments, control of contract-relevant sales documents
  • Market analysis, continuous monitoring of customer needs. Data Analysis.
  • Be able to support the Marketing strategy team.
  • Preparation of strategic documents
  • Active participation in all sales and promotions events.
  • Your Skills & Strengths

  • Degree or Master in Business, Engineering
  • Master in Marketing and Management
  • 5 years of sales experience
  • At least 2 years of Project or team Management
  • Experience on the bike or sport industry.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
