VDPS (Local DaaS) Junior Project Manager en Las Rozas

The Sales Operations Organization builds relationship with selected HP Customers as well as their dedicated HP sales teams, understanding customer operational business models, identifying challenges in the operational process and finding solutions on how to improve HP interlock in the operational environment. You will be part of a larger team of highly engaged and capable colleagues supporting the company operations across Iberia geography dedicated specifically for Spain.
 

DESIGN AND DEPLOYMENT OF SERVICES SOLUTIONS

  • Consults with customer and (local) sales team on service requirements
  • Understands the service requirement and consults with service providers for the best implementation of the service solution
  • Build relationship with service providers
  • Identify potential service providers, run RFP’s, involve Global Procurement in Service Provider negotiations, formalizes service provider offer, recommend the best offer
  • Designs service solution together with service provider for a service delivery that meets customer expectations
    • Manages the capabilities and cost to serve
    • Assist sales in documenting solution in a Statement of Work (SOW) and agrees SOW with customer and account team
  • Project manages the implementation of the solution

OWNERSHIP OF OPERATIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS

  • Manages the relationship with the service providers
  • Enables the setup of services solution in all the required systems
  • Implement service solution with service provider, HP Inc. and customer
  • Manage any preparation activities such as planning, site audit etc
  • Identifies opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and driving incremental business
  • Reports back to customer on the delivered performance (operations reviews, periodic reporting etc)
  • Manages senior level escalations

OPERATION AND CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure services are delivered as per Statement of Work
    • tracking of service and hardware orders & HP  Inc. property until delivered to final destination
    • acts as an account related escalation point for internal teams
    • develops clear action plans for Sales Operations and Order to cash teams and monitors performance
  • Monitors account metrics and drives corrective actions
    • measures service levels with service providers, cost to serve, customer satisfaction
    • drive solution and cost optimization 
    • manage offer updates in case of any deviation from the initial Statement of Work
    • manages service change request

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in a Sales environment  and Customer Service environment
  • Fluent in English and one other language if applicable
