Graduate Marketing Media Associate en Sant Cugat del Vallès

The HP in-house media team is responsible for planning, buying and maintaining programmatic and biddable ad campaigns in multiple DSPs, and Social platforms. This team is expanding to Europe in 2020 and is looking for entrepreneurially minded candidates to be part of this new team. You will utilize your expertise in data-driven advertising to ensure HP’s advertising objectives are met while maintaining a balance of performance and efficiency. 

Reporting Associate/ Paid Social Associate roles:

Key responsibilities:

• Drive Insights from media data, looking for the Why vs. What?
• Collection and validation of data, to make sure weekly reporting for marketing teams is accurate.
• Sharing insights with marketing but also with trading teams to allow for stronger and better optimization.

Requirements:

• Approximately 1 – 2 years of experience in a media agency or similar environment
• Strong analytical skills within Excel, and other data tools with the passion to look for insights within the data.
• Working knowledge of ad servers, and other media sources for reporting.
• Bachelor's degree
• SQL capabilities is a plus

Programmatic Associate:

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee pacing in our key partners, to make sure HPs advertising is as affective as possible while working closely with the Programmatic Manager to learn key skills
• Work closely with other team members to align media plans with business goals, learning the ins and outs of media planning
• Help build a brand-new team inside the largest producer of printers and PCs in the world

Requirements:

• Approximately 1 – 2 years of experience in a media agency or similar environment
• Working knowledge of DV360, Amobee, Oath, and Amazon Preferred, with a strong desire to get hands on with a lot of detail
• Strong analytical skills within Excel, and other data tools with the passion to look for insights within the data
• The ability to adapt to a brand-new team and the changing environment that will bring
• Bachelor's degree
