Job Description

In the role of Graudate Business Support you will:

• Actively propose/execute different HR initiatives that can positively impact our employee engagement.
• Support on internal communication activities and lead site activities related with our Business Impact Network Groups
• Workforce planning support: Follow up on plans, reporting and analytics.
• Support Business Managers in processes and tools related to employee lifecycle and system tracking and outsourced  services. 
• Partner and support business managers on organizational initiatives such as the people plan, organizational changes & new tools and processes.

Skills You’ll Need:

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• Passion about Technology
• Recent graduate on Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, finance or labor relations with no more than 2 years of experience
• Basic notion on business acumen
• Good verbal and written communications skills, including influence, consulting, and negotiation in English
• Advanced level in Office, especially working with PowerPoint and Excel
• Good program management skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to manage change across a broad and diverse population
