On behalf of the Client, Ciklum is looking for a Product Owner to join Málaga team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Business savvy – able to make decisions at any stage throughout the process in line with stakeholder needs
- Owns the vision for what is to be built/done – keeping tools up to date
- Ownership, grooming and prioritization of project backlogs
- Available to the Scrum teams and driving the best product possible with them – answers questions from developers; clarifies requirements
- Actively communicating to all stakeholders at all points
- Solid understanding of user needs

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate expertise in application of Scrum principles and experience in Kanban
- Strong user story – writing skills
- Strong design sense and solid technical skills
- Ability to coach the team on agile practices
- Must have experience in analyzing and breaking down business problems into deliverable increments expressed as use cases and user stories
- An Analytical mindset: Must be able to properly evaluate the success or failure of features by defining/tracking success metrics and using that data to guide the next steps
- Knowledge of lean startup method would be a plus
- Certified Scrum Master would be a plus
