Partner Development Manager

As a Partner Development Manager (PDM), you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to and execute a world-wide partnership strategy, building mind share leading to adoption of AWS cloud and edge services with a GSI and their customers.
As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption across the Nordic region through partner engagement. The ideal candidate has both a business background that enables them engage at the CXO level, and a sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers and field sales reps. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

Your responsibilities include defining and executing a go to market plan with, driving the, and working two-in-a-box with a GSI Partner Solutions Architect (PSA). By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with key accounts, you will drive exponential top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption in your respective vertical market segments. You will be expected to:
- Develop, lead and manage the GSI AWS GTM strategy in IBERIA and delight customers through solutions, continuous enablement (training and certifications) and go-to-market strategies for differentiation and expanding their footprint
- Work with the GSI's Country management, their field sales organization, and end customers to help drive revenue opportunities for AWS
- Work two-in-a-box with a GSI PSA, building both business and technical content

- Become a trusted part of the AWS sales teams to own deal execution with partners, managing and driving joint Enterprise Agreements between the GSI and AWS
- Operate as a key member of the integrated GSI team in AWS, together with other vertical segment PDMs, horizontal segment PDMs, pan-geo PDMs and country / area level PDMs, PSAs and marketing teams
- Evangelize GSI’s value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers
- Work closely with the GSI’s customer base to ensure they are successful using AWS, making sure they have the technical resources required.
- Ensure that AWS is the GSI's preferred cloud computing platform across all workloads such as AI and Machine Learning, analytics, IoT, compute and storage etc.
- Understand the technical requirements of the GSI and work closely with the internal development teams to help guide the direction of product offerings.
- Be on top of key accounts developments and key deals in your specific vertical
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team. - Deliver on revenue targets and key KPIs
- Willing to travel in Spain, Portugal, Italy and internationally to meet with customers, partners, and attend AWS events (app. 60%-70%). Please note the majority of the travel will be in Italy.

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS

Basic Qualifications
· 10+ years experience with GSI's, through account/deal management, program management and/or business development
· Prior direct sales experience, engaging and influencing senior executives and excellent familiarity with decision making processes in enterprise customers and internal stakeholders
· Effective verbal and written communications skills, excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
· Willing to travel in Spain, Portugal, Italy and internationally to meet with customers, partners, and attend AWS events (app. 60%-70%). Please note the majority of the travel will be in Italy.
· Flexible working may be possible outside of travel
· French as a native language, fluent in English

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

Preferred Qualifications
· Direct experience working with AWS consulting partners / technology partners and/or GSI’s
· Understanding of AWS, cloud architecture and infrastructure
· Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
· An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
