Aura is Telefónica's artificial intelligence. A global project of the company's data unit that aims to simplify and enrich the relationship of the different business units where the company is present with its clients.

Aura introduces itself to users as a virtual assistant with natural language capabilities basing the relationship model on conversation.

MISSION

Lead the design and development of Aura cognitive modules

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsabilities are:

Lead cognitive development team

Design and implementation of the Aura cognitive modules

Code review ensuring good development practices are being followed

Software development as a team member

NATURE OF PROBLEMS & CHALLENGES

Cognitive challenges (modules design and development of cognitive systems)

EDUCATION REQUIRED

BS in computer science or a related field

SPECIFIC SKILLS

Passionate about technology and software development,  Critical thinker and positive mindset, Team worker, Flexibility, Proactive, Multidisciplinary profile.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Python, Relational and non-relational database Modelling, Software Architecture design, Software development life cycle, experience designing CI/CD pipelines, Linux administration, experience designing architectures of ML projects, Natural lenguage processing, Testing, Automation.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

5 years in software development and architecture design, 3 years technical leader.

LANGUAGES

Spanish, English
