 What you will do. 

  • Develop the learning strategy and follow up the results, together with our country HR Manager, to guarantee the quality delivered and meeting the development needs of our organization.

  • Ensure the vision of the strategy and long-term objectives by analyzing the status and developing an action plan to ensure the development of quality and the growth of our colleagues and the company.

  • Make sure all performance reviews, development plans and follow ups have the quality required at all levels.  

  • Ensure the Succession plan/Talent pipeline satisfies the business needs through coaching the teams.

  • Stablish together with our Country HR manager the leadership strategies, based on the H&M’s Global leadership principles and business needs.

  • Act as subject matter expert, consulting with internal clients on training and talent management solutions and best practices in the industry.

  • Help developing tools and/or assessments that guide managers to make effective talent/training-related decisions.

     

To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following skills:  

  • 3-4 years’ experience on development, learning or/and talent management.

  • Leadership skills with experience on leading direct and indirect teams.

  • You are a result driven team player

  • Strong coaching skills, ability to develop others helping them on their decision making regarding developing their teams. Influence strategical decisions

  • Good analytical and strategical skills.

  • Strong on planning and organization to set up project plans and make them happen.

  • Experience on working at a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities to be managed simultaneously.

  • Continuous improvement mindset; be a partner to the organization towards digitalization. Somebody updated on the latest resource, technologies and strategies to add value to the organization.

  • Good Microsoft Office skills (specially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Strong verbal and written English is a must. Spanish or/and Portuguese is also added value.

  • Availability to stablish in Barcelona and to travel thorough the year.
