Role Description:

We are looking for a QA Test Lead with an extensive experience in team managing to join one of our most strategical projects with a client located in Madrid. We want people passionate for the work with a strong lead capacity and invested in deliver the finest results of their work. The project will be in Madrid for one of our key clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Test Team in the most efficient way.
• Understand the project management methodology and tools of the client and implement it in the best way.
• Understand the whole implementation process to be capable of build, supervise and execute a Test Planning with detailed test cases. Besides, it needs to provide supporting documentation for the same.
• Identify, analyze and tackle all the software issues and propose alternative solutions.
• Responsible for upkeep of and addition to Experian Test (best practice)

Essential requirements:

• Significant experience of software solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of selected Experian Decision Analytics solutions capabilities, design, functionality and benefits.
• Ability to consider a delivery in its entirety in order to achieve comprehensive test result success.
• Good presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to travel.

Desirable requirements:

• Will have worked in the capacity of Test Lead for at least two core Experian products.
• Previous experience of configuration and Implementation useful.
