The Head of Spanish Originals Marketing role is responsible for launching high-impact marketing campaigns for our most high profile shows in Spain. It will span co-ordination across a wide-range of cross-functional internal teams, external agencies and countries. You will have an oppertunity to work in a creative, complex and fast-paced environment, brining your passion to build and define the prime video approach for Originals marketing in Spain. You will lean on your previous experiences to produce innovative and ground-breaking creative campaigns from inception to completion that are able to get people talking and deliver meaningful results.

Key Accountabilities:
· Responsible for launching high-impact marketing campaigns for Prime Video Originals in Spain.
· Document and present strategic approaches to Spanish launches to be delivered to VP level.
· Partner with a wide-range of internal teams (ranging from operations, insights, PR and legal) to identify and prioritize needs for the show and ensure immaculate planning.
· Manage a wide-range of external agencies across Spain.
· Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines.

· Substantial marketing experience at a Spanish / EU / Global level.
· Team Management.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· Additional European languages
· Ability to think strategically and operationally, delivering the day-to day while defining and leading future direction.
· Experience creating approaches to creative and testing.
· Highly analytical thinker, passionate about the value of quantitative data and compelled to find insight in it.
· Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive), in both Spanish and English.
