Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage a team of Inside Sales Account Managers for the Mid-market accounts in Spain.
  • Ensure the best customer experience of the assigned portfolio.
  • Motivate and drive the inside sales organization to meet or exceed performance objectives
  • Supports the team internally to solve complex business issues and escalations
  • Drives execution in coordination with focus with cross-business functions
  • Drives business process improvement efforts

Key requirements:

  • Comfortable managing large teams of individual contributors, valuable previous managerial/leadership experience with strong leadership skills.
  • Operational Excellence/SFDC/Pipeline/Forecast as per current business requirements
  • Profound understanding and business acumen on the IT industry ideally.
  • Work with Virtual teams and all available resources to ensure alignment across organizations  
  • Able to communicate strategic direction of Dell Tech’s offerings and how they relate to the assigned segment.
  • Has driven unique opportunities from business led conversations and can demonstrate scalability.
  • High English level.
