Business Environment Description:

CS (Customer Support) focuses on services growth, operational efficiency and developing people to

create an experience where every HP partner is a promoter and every customer is an HP fan. CS GSSO (Global Service Strategy & Ops) goal is to drive value to HP customers through innovative service delivery models and scalable processes while achieving industry leading cost structures.

Delivery Enablement is a Critical Function in our Services Business. We are driving several global programs (Olympia, Channel Operations Automation, Ticketing tool, delivery programs simplification, etc.),  and have new ones being launched (PSN, Field Mobile app,  etc.), and support other pan-HP ones (Simplify, Medallia, etc.). Getting more focus on program management execution is a key success factor.

Job Scope / Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Upon POR (Plan of Record) decision, PM leads Global Services Projects aiming at improving customer experience, reducing warranty costs and/or enabling business/services growth.
  • Project planning, scope definition, sponsor sign-off and initiation
  • Project management of the required activities for the implementation of services / tools / capabilities / processes in scope for the project
  • Project schedule and resource management
  • Management of project risks and mitigation strategies
  • Regular project status reporting and communication to stakeholders and sponsors, incl. executive management communication
  • Identify, explore and develop new opportunities for growth and innovation within or around projects
  • Drives projects applying specific PM methodologies depending on the project (PMI, Waterfall/Agile, LeanSixSigma).
  • Leads a cross-regional and cross-functional involving HP & technology vendors:
  • Ensures timely project completion & expected benefits are met.
  • Understand our customers, market, and business to influence organization strategy and decisions.
  • Establish/determine the metrics required to measure success of project and recommend the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.
  • After implementation & release of the project, the project manager will hand-over to the respective operational teams.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering or Business Administration background.
  • Master Degree (MBA or Project Management), PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications will be considered as a plus.
  • Operations/SCM/Process or Project Management experience (+7 years).
  • International experience (Erasmus, IAESTE, BEST, summer stages…).
  • Ability to design, develop and improve processes.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and different management levels.
  • Analytical skills/Data driven, proactive approach to identify root cause and drive proper problem solving.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain improvement plans and business reports.
  • Ability to negotiate with internal & external partners.
  • Fluent English, other languages will be considered as a plus.
