We are setting up a development center that will build VR/AR/MR content for various touchpoints of our customers and are looking for competent professionals who through these emerging technologies are able to deliver to HP’s vision.

Overall Responsibility:

Plans, designs, develops, tests, and documents art and models for new products, customer demonstrations and program development. These are for virtual/augmented/mixed reality programs.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Develops art and models using current industry techniques, standards and processes.
• Transforms initial rough CAD designs into working geometry for simulation.
• Creates models in accordance with customer requirements and engineering design constraints.
• Actively participates as part of a development team.
• Suggests new modeling techniques to development team leader.
• Makes team contributions that improve the overall team performance and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Art, Visual Language, Digital Media, Graphic Design, related degree or equivalent experience.  Experience building 3D models.  Experience with CAD as well as 3D Studio Max, Maya or similar software.
