We are looking for a Content and Localization specialist, with a strong technical mind to join the Localization team. If you have experience with project localization management within a dynamic and technical environment then this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Handle localization projects and other content tasks
  • Create, revise and update content based on product updates and feedback
  • Work closely with the entire Global Content and Training Team to develop content/localization strategy
  • Monitor contact drivers and implement content plans to empower agents to self-serve
  • Create and iterate local content management strategies that support product development
  • Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop process and content
  • Make sure localization projects are available according to product launches schedule.

Who You Are:
  • Experience with content management
  • Native/bilingual French and high level of Spanish. English fluency. Other languages a plus
  • Knowledge of a Call Center environment and the needs of customer service representatives
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design, branding/templates
  • Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent and organizational/project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, continuously evolving, environment
  • Capable of making rapid progress on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Technical skills including Jira and CRM is a strong plus.
  • Flexibility and ability to be a team player

Highly qualified candidates will also possess:
  • Understanding of working in an Agile organizational environment
  • Knowledge of Article Management or similar CMS.
  • Experience building content for call center environments
