Senior eCommerce Business Analyst en Sant Cugat del Vallès

We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst to support complex IT developments in the European Online Store (location: Barcelona).

The ideal candidate will be a recognized authority internally and externally on leading-edge technologies, theories, or techniques.

She/He will provide innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple Ecommerce disciplines, departments and external suppliers.

She/He will determine and pursue the best course of action to accomplish objectives, collecting multidisciplinary requirements and delivering E2E documentations.

She/He will serve as organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs.

She/He will champion large projects that affect the company's long-range goals and objectives.

She/He will provide mentoring and guidance.

She/He will act as a subject matter expert.

Your responsibilities in details:

• Solve organizational information issues by analyzing requirements, designing digital solutions, recommending system controls and protocols.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Design new ecommerce solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications.
• Support Project Management team to define project milestones, deadlines and status updates.
• Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, Operations, Performance Marketing, CRM, Business teams to develop best-in-class ecommerce solutions.
• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, training users, provide guidance during testing phases.

Education and Experience required:

• First Level University degree, Advanced University degree preferred.
• 6 to 8 years of experience as business analyst / software product management.
• Experience with global and international projects.
• Proven experience in Web / Ecommerce project developments (Requirements engineering, analysis and design, documentation, maintenance and change request processes, KPI and Analytics, AB Testing).

Knowledge and Skills required:

• Knowledge of digital technologies.
• Ecommerce Project Experience, preferably Ecommerce for physical products.
• Experience in following domains:  Online customer Experience, payments processing, shipments and logistic, customer service operations, contents and information architecture management.
• Experience in working with decentralized stakeholders around the globe.
• Experience in organizing and effectively handling virtual meetings and virtual workstreams.
• Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.
• Team player.
• Analytical person.
• Written and verbal communication in English.
