Act as a Consultant for Customer Facing teams and Implement eBusiness solutions for Customers
Ensure consistent capability deployment across EMEA and leverage best practices
Accountable for qualification and implementation of B2Bi solutions.
SCOPE
All EMEA VDO countries, C&E & Public sector
eBusiness capabilities including B2Bi, eInvoicing, Market Place
PRE-SALES
Prepare responses to eBusiness RFP questions
Act as advisor to Sales on eBusiness subjects, including 3rd party trading relationships like marketplaces, etc..
DESIGN & DEPLOYMENT
Understand and document customer requirements
Propose/design eBusiness solutions including non-standard elements agreed with customers
Project manage eBusiness design and deployment
On request, document eBusiness set up in the “Customer Handbook”
Handover the eBusiness deal management to the relevant sales and operational owners after the deployment is complete
OPERATIONS
Provide issue resolution to eBusiness escalations
Supports Account team to maximize eBusiness revenue
For Account Team usage, create & maintain Capabilities documentation
Provide feedback to Process Engineering teams on potential improvement requests
On request, provide training on B2Bi to internal VDO, or to customers
Provide operational support on B2Bi solutions (trouble-shooting, maintenance)
