What are we looking for?

For us, a Data Scientist is someone who has:

MSc or PhD with excellent academic results in thefield of Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Econometricsor similar.

Excellent knowledge of Machine Learning techniques to coveruse cases related to Classification, Regression, Time Series, Clustering, TextMining, etc., as well as knowledge about the modelling process includingpreprocessing, feature engineering and validation approaches and metrics.

Full proficiency in Python is a requirement.Experience in Spark is desired.

Experience with using Hadoop ecosystem features, suchas Hive, and databases exploitation with SQL are also required. Visualizationtools familiarity is a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.

Your Data Science knowledge enables you buildinganalytic solutions for business problems from various bank domains (CustomerInteractions, Credit Risk Management, etc.).

Willing and able to learn and to improve yourtechnical as well your interpersonal skills.

You have extensive experience with transforming datato add value for your stakeholders.

You are able to see things from a differentperspective and to make original solutions work in practice.

Your communication skills enable you to work togetherwith many different parties throughout our organization.
