Responsibilities:

The Customer Service department serves all European customers and prospective customers by handling all enquiries and complaints for the entire range of Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles.

• Handling incoming calls 
  
• You are responsible for after-sales service issues 
  
• You will handle all inquiries and complaints by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail. 
  
• You are responsible for after-sales service issues, technical and product topics and general company related inquiries. 
  
• You will be Representative of the Spanish market.
