Internship in sales and marketing

Start-up Mondorent is one of the leading scooter rental companies in Spain. With a fleet of over 500 vehicles, the company’s mission is to offer a fun, comfortable and easy way to visit the exciting cites Barcelona and Ibiza. Apart from its core scooter business the company offers a broad portfolio range of Motorcycles, Quads, Electric Cars, and Bikes.

Descripción del empleo

Tasks:

  • Sales B2C (face to face)
  • Identify needs: actively listen and professionally consulting clients depend on their needs
  • Match Value Proposition: matching client needs with Mondorent’s product portfolio
  • Close the deal: managing the contract and the payment procedure
  • Customer Service (phone or email)
  • Manage Requests: consulting incoming phone calls and emails requests
  • Win the deal: understand the client and convert customer request into sales
  • Handle Complaints: empathize, understand and offer a win-win solution for both parties

Marketing and Operations:

  • Coordination: plan and organize the scooter fleet operations
  • Maintenance: management of customer data for marketing planning
  • Innovation: identifying, evaluating and implementing new marketing methods to increase Mondorent’s brand popularity
  • Active Initiative: Apart from those tasks the intern is asked to proactively come up with "out of the box" ideas regarding his daily activities
